That's all we do for hundreds of children each year.
Kaizen aid is primarily a child education NGO that seeks to empower children through education. Our flagship program Learning Continues After Closing-bell works with the objective of empowering underprivileged children by providing them with supplementary learning opportunities and educational support. We follow a four-pronged holistic approach, with a focus on children, teachers, learning environment and community engagement.

The problem
Basic education at Cape Coast in the central region, continues to be of high enrollment but of low-quality. Educational attainment, a key component of the human development index is low and this is worrying, especially in light of the fact that formal education in Ghana started in the region. Several concerns have been raised by stakeholders predominantly teachers, that the under-performance of their students is due to the aimless hours after school that is not used as productive learning time to reinforce the learning gained in the classroom.Our Values
