WHO WE ARE 

Kaizen Aid is a Deaf-literacy focused non-profit dedicated to improving literacy outcomes for Deaf learners in Ghana. 

We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to develop strong reading and language skills, regardless of their hearing ability.

Our work focuses on helping Deaf learners strengthen their reading proficiency, text comprehension, vocabulary development, and word recognition skills through accessible, learner-centered programs and resources. 

By addressing the unique challenges faced by Deaf learners in literacy acquisition, we aim to create more equitable educational opportunities and support lifelong learning.
